From building online marketplaces to sales as a service

After launching and growing Australia's largest education marketplace (doMore) in 2007, we transitioned into enrolmentLAB which was a full service agency focussed on performance marketing and consultancy. At the same time we created a new analytics product for open and transparent Marketing Revenue Attribution and Sales Performance Management.

We are now using all our experience, systems and knowledge in analysing and consulting on the sales funnel to help transform businesses into their best selves using our Sales as a Service model.

Adam Cunningham
CEO / Founder

With over 27 years of sales experience across a dozen verticals with deal size ranging from $1,500 to $3,500,000 AU, Adam brings a depth and breadth to each sales and lead generation strategy and campaign that drives business success through high performance sales results. Alkhemy is bringing his vision to life in scaling out these methodologies and leveraging his and the Alkhemy teams experience to the benefit of Alkhemy's partners.

Adam is passionate about businesses growth, clear lead generation and sales strategies being executed flawlessly on the behalf of Alkhemy's partners so that they can focus on delivering the best products and services to their customers.

Khamsouk Souvanlasy
CTO

Kam is a seasoned software developer with over 20 years of global experience. Kam’s vertical knowledge spans real estate, education, finance, telecommunications and retail.

With his deep knowledge of software development of business intelligence and analytics platforms, Kam has spent the past six years working with his team to develop the Alkhemy Platform, expanding our integrations and launching complimentary extensions to market, helping out customers and analysts to delve deeply into their Marketing and Sales funnels, and Customer Experience channels.

Ian Dowson
General Manager

A highly experienced General Manager with over 15 years in people leadership, strategic marketing, client acquisition, operational excellence and fiscal management. Ian has spent his lifetime leading some of Australia's latest and most iconic Brands. Having managed operational and sales teams over 1200 staff across 55 locations.

Ian leads the Alkhemy teams day to day operations and is responsible for the success of all Alkhemy partner campaigns across Recruitment, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and Sales as a Service.

He lives by a positive can-do attitude and brings energy and enthusiasm to the Alkhemy team and business on a daily basis.

Charles Hardman
CX Strategy Consultant

Charles has extensive experience in the development and delivery of contact center strategy, L&D, HR and product design. Charles is highly methodical and provides the structure that enables the continuous improvement program that deliver results. He has been highly regarded by organisations such as: Computershare, Vic Roads, AAPT, ExxonMobil, Metricon, to name a few.

Being part of the pioneering first generation of Australian multimedia graduates, Brett has experienced a lot in the digital space in the last 20 years. Building up, selling and returning to Isobar, Australia's leading digital agency, has given Brett a wealth of experience working with and leading fantastic people and brands. He has also been involved in several tech start-ups, has travelled the world from Iceland to Antarctica and has a real passion for games and new technology.

Konrad Spilva
Board Member

Konrad co-founded Isobar in 2001 (then called Visual Jazz) and has since successfully evolved the business through three major mergers.

Under his leadership, Isobar Australia has grown to employ 500 people and now comprises five separate businesses, as well as a division dedicated to creating social change.
