Alkhemy is bringing his vision to life. Adam is passionate about helping  businesses use quality data to inform decisions, removing the barriers between sales and marketing, and supporting and driving business growth.

Khamsouk Souvanlasy


Kam is a seasoned software developer with over 20 years of global experience. A machine learning and AI veteran, Kam’s vertical knowledge spans real estate, education, finance, telecommunications and retail. Kam has spent the past six years working with his team to develop the Alkhemy Platform, expanding our integrations and launching complimentary extensions to market.

An experienced consultant with over 15 year’s experience spanning hospitality and sales. Mik has a proven track record delivering exceptional results and customer service as a Senior Digital Strategist and Account Manager.Mik has helped businesses grow by identifying their gaps online and implementing solid marketing strategies that saw his clients experience significant growth online and ROI. Simon Blair

Simon’s experience in building and executing sales quality models, standards, training and coaching frameworks across Australia is second to none. Having built the call quality process across tier 1 Finance, Auto, Retail, Government, Education and more , Simon has spent 25 years consulting, coaching and training within various organisations throughout Australia. Simon is a hands on trainer and coach and spends his time at the coalface of our clients call centres - leading workshops, educating team leaders and instilling and inspiring coaching cultures across organisations.

Charles Hardman

Charles has extensive experience in the development and delivery of contact center strategy, L&D, HR and product design. Having worked with global brands across a multitude of sectors, Charles is highly methodical and provides the structure that enables the continuous improvement program that deliver results. Charles’ methodical and process driven approach has been highly regarded by organisations large and small including: Computershare, Vic Roads, AAPT, ExxonMobil, Metricon, to name a few. At Alkhemy, Charles is responsible for setting the overall direction and approach for research projects, work force planning, service design, sales HR specialist, as well our quality and inside sales optimisation programmes.

Being part of the pioneering first generation of Australian multimedia graduates, Brett has experienced a lot in the digital space in the last 20 years. Building up, selling and returning to Isobar, Australia's leading digital agency, has given Brett a wealth of experience working with fantastic people and brands. He has lead teams in creating innovative award winning work of all shapes and sizes. He has also been involved in several tech start-ups, has travelled the world from Iceland to Antarctica and has a real passion for games and new technology.

Stuart Richardson

Founder of Australian early-stage venture capital firm, Adventure Capital, who is privileged to work with Australia's talented entrepreneurs by providing equity, debt, and real-world experience to accelerate growth, and enable them realise their potential - globally.

Konrad co-founded Isobar in 2001 (then called Visual Jazz) and has since successfully evolved the business through three major mergers.

Under his leadership, Isobar Australia has grown to employ 500 people and now comprises five separate businesses, as well as a division dedicated to creating social change.
